For buyers

How it works

Four steps, no runaround.

One person reviews your lot and answers. There is no committee, no internal approval chain and no handoff to someone you have not met.

  1. 01

Tell us what you are holding

Send the details you have. If you need an NDA before naming the brand, say so and we will send one first.

  2. 02

We review it and come back

You get a straight answer — a number, a plan, or an honest “this is not a fit for us.” No chasing.

  3. 03

We put the terms in writing

Price, pickup window, condition and every channel or brand restriction, in a written agreement before anything moves.

  4. 04

    Product moves, value recovered

We coordinate the pickup, handle the paperwork and pay on the agreed terms.

Structure

Three ways the deal can be built

Which one fits depends on how fast you need the space back and how much you want to recover.

01

Buying

We purchase the lot outright. You get one number, one pickup and the problem off your books.

Cleanest exit

02

Brokerage

We take the lot to buyers who fit it, negotiate the deal and run it end to end.

Wider reach

03

Consignment

You keep ownership while we place it. Slower than a buyout, and usually a better number.

What to send us

Everything that helps

Nothing here is required to start a conversation. The more of it you have, the faster and firmer the answer.

  • Category and brand — or tell us you need an NDA first and we will send one.
  • Approximate unit count, or pallet and truckload count if that is easier.
  • Condition: new, shelf-pull, customer return, damaged or salvage.
  • Whether the lot is manifested, and the manifest if you have one.
  • Original retail or your cost, if you are able to share it.
  • Location — city and state, plus dock or yard access and loading capability.
  • Any channel, brand, geographic or destruction restrictions that apply.
  • Your timeline, and when you need the space back.
  • Photos of the product and of how it is stacked.

The written agreement

Before anything moves

What the agreement covers

  • Price and payment terms.
  • Pickup window and who is arranging freight.
  • The condition the goods are represented as.
  • Every channel, brand, geographic and destruction restriction that applies.
  • Whether restrictions carry forward to downstream buyers.
  • What documentation you receive, and when.

What you can expect from us

  • A reply within one business day, on most lots.
  • An NDA first if you need one before naming the brand.
  • Condition disclosed accurately to the buyer, not shaded.
  • No public listing of your inventory at any point.
  • An honest no when the lot is not a fit for us.
  • One point of contact from first call to final pickup.

Start with one message.

Category, rough count, condition and location is enough to get a real answer.
