Channel limits
The lot may be sold into defined channels only — and specifically not into the formats your own retail partners occupy.
Where inventory goes
We do not post listings publicly. Every lot goes to specific, vetted buyers chosen to fit the product and your requirements — and the limits you set travel with it.
Sales channels
Which of these are available for your lot is your call, not ours. We will tell you honestly what each one is likely to return.
Regional and national off-price chains and value formats, buying full truckloads on a standing program or deep quantities of a narrow SKU set.
Chains and distributors buying consumables where dating and storage history are documented.
Single-store and small-chain operators buying by the pallet.
Established wholesalers who redistribute into channels you are not selling.
Vetted sellers, used only where online resale is permitted for that lot.
Buyers shipping out of the domestic market entirely — the cleanest option for brand separation.
Placements where donation or institutional use beats any resale outcome.
The last resort, with certificates of destruction when the goods must not re-enter the market.
Restrictions
A restriction agreed to on a call is an intention. A restriction in the purchase agreement is a condition of the sale — and it is written to carry forward to downstream buyers.
The lot may be sold into defined channels only — and specifically not into the formats your own retail partners occupy.
The goods cannot be listed on marketplaces. This is where most channel damage happens, because it is visible and searchable.
The product leaves the domestic market entirely. The cleanest separation available when brand risk is high.
The lot cannot be sold inside a defined region, usually to protect a specific retail relationship.
Branding is removed before resale, so the goods move without carrying your name.
The product does not re-enter the market at all, and you receive a certificate confirming it.
Which channels are off limits. Whether online resale is permitted. Whether the brand stays on the product. Whether any portion must be destroyed rather than sold. Answer those and the rest of the process is straightforward.
Recovery first
Destruction is the last option, not the first. We work to recover value and keep usable product in circulation. When something genuinely cannot be resold, we handle responsible disposal and provide the documentation.
Tell us what the product is and where it cannot go. We will tell you what is realistic.
