For buyers

What we buy

If it is taking up space and not selling, it is worth a call.

We buy across categories and across conditions, from a single truckload to multiple truckloads. The lot does not need to be clean, counted or manifested before you reach out.

Situations

How the inventory got there

These are the situations we see most. If yours is not on the list, send it anyway.

Distressed & bankruptcy

Distressed and bankrupt brand inventory

When a brand defaults, winds down or files, someone is left responsible for inventory they never wanted. We turn it into cash quickly, with a process you can defend.

For asset-based lenders, factors, inventory financers, assignees, turnaround and restructuring firms, bankruptcy trustees and their counsel.

A fast number that holds

A real bid or recovery estimate within 48 hours of receiving the inventory list. No renegotiating at the dock.

A paper trail you can defend

Written offer, the basis for the price, and full sale documentation for your file.

Any size, any structure, one call

We buy outright or sell on a recovery split. No minimum deal size. Channel and brand restrictions honored.

  • No cost to you. We recover, we split, you get documentation of every sale.
  • Show us the inventory. Get a price. No ladder to climb.
Send us the list

Get a real-world bid within 48 hours. No cost, no obligation.

  • 3PL and abandoned stock

Stock the owner stopped paying on, once you have the legal right to dispose of it.

  • Excess inventory from brands

Good product in the wrong quantity, tying up racking you need for moving goods.

  • Overstock, shelf pulls and customer returns

Overbuys and shelf-pulls, plus manifested or unmanifested returns, graded or untouched, by the pallet or the trailer.

  • Closeouts and discontinued products

Programs that ended, packaging that changed, SKUs you are no longer carrying.

  • Refused and abandoned freight

Loads turned away at the dock that are now sitting somewhere accruing charges.

  • All other situations

Cancelled orders, packaging changes, short-dated goods, warehouse and facility closures, and mixed lots.

  • Insurance salvage and claims

Fire, water, freight and transit claims where the goods still hold recoverable value.

What to send us

The checklist

Send whatever you have. Everything below helps us come back faster and with a firmer number, but nothing on this list is required to start.

Need an NDA before naming the brand? Say so in your first message and we will send one before you share anything else.

  • Category and brand — or tell us you need an NDA first and we will send one.
  • Approximate unit count, or pallet and truckload count if that is easier.
  • Condition: new, shelf-pull, customer return, damaged or salvage.
  • Whether the lot is manifested, and the manifest if you have one.
  • Original retail or your cost, if you are able to share it.
  • Location — city and state, plus dock or yard access and loading capability.
  • Any channel, brand, geographic or destruction restrictions that apply.
  • Your timeline, and when you need the space back.
  • Photos of the product and of how it is stacked.

Tell us what you’re holding.

You will get a straight answer — a number, a plan, or an honest “this is not a fit for us.”
