What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. On the seller inquiry form that is your name, company, email, phone, the details of the inventory you are describing and anything else you write in the message field. On the buyer registration form it is your company details, contact information, the categories and volumes you buy, the regions you serve and your pricing and resale-certificate preferences.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

Seller information is used to evaluate your lot, respond to you and, if we do business, run the transaction. Buyer information is used to match you against inventory that fits your program. In both cases we may contact you about the inquiry you submitted and about similar inventory or opportunities later on. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

Confidentiality of your inventory

We do not post listings publicly. Details you share about a lot — brand, quantity, condition, location and pricing — are shared only with specific buyers we are taking the lot to, and only to the extent needed to get you an answer. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place before naming the brand, tell us in your first message and we will send one before you share anything else.

Analytics

We use a privacy-focused analytics service to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites. We cannot identify an individual visitor from it. We record when a form is submitted, but the analytics service receives only the fact that a submission happened — never anything you typed into it.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service, and this site is served by a third-party hosting provider. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Standard server logs kept by our host may include IP addresses and browser information.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for the business relationship and for any recordkeeping, tax or legal obligation that applies to a completed transaction.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. If a record is tied to a completed transaction we may need to retain the parts required by law.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
